Some of the charities the Basement Players
have supported over the years are Portage,
Saint John and Sussex Hospitals, Children's
Wish, Sussex Vale Transition House, Adult
Learning, Kiwanis Nursing Home and the
Therapeutic Riding Club. In 24 years the
popular community theatre group has raised
over $87,480.00.
This years donation will be made to the
Sussex IV Day Hospital
